Healthy + Food


As much as we all love to embark on the quest of eating the newest (re-discovered and over-hyped) grain and green, it’s equally as important to enjoy ones food. So remember, balance is always key. Here are a couple of meals which we love to whip up for ourselves, so tasty!

Breakfast.  toasted museli with berries and coconut yoghurt + green tea

Lunch.  lightly toasted sourdough bread with avocado and goats cheese + short black

Dinner. brown rice risotto with fennel, asparagus, leeks, garlic and chicken

with love.
